1980 : Established with Capital NT$ 1,000,000 located in Taichung
1984 : Moved to New Factory Located Ta Li,Taichung
1984 : Introduced Imeas(italy) production for Hair Line Finish Stainless Steel.
1991 : Purchased the land located in Taichung Industrial Park and started the construction.
1993 : Moved the production to new factory located in Taichung Industrial Park . Successfully introduced the mass production for Mirror Finish Stainless Steel Sheet.
1994 : Capital increased to NT$ 18,000,000. Expanded the production capacity for Mirror Finish Stainless Steel Sheet to meet the growing demand.
1995 : Introduced CIS Company Identify System.
1996 : Capital increased to NT$ 80,000,000
1997 : Acquired Assessment Certificate of TUV ISO 9002.
1999 : Capital increased to NT$ 100,000,000. Started the mass production for Convex Traffic Safety Mirror. Introduced the Titanium Coating Facilities and started the mass production for Titanium Coating Colored Stainless Steel Sheet.
2000 : Second Production Factory Installed in Taichung Industrial Park .
2001 : Acquired The Rising Star Award from Ministry of Economic Affairs R.O.C.
2003 : New Japan Made Sonoda leveling and cutting machine Installed.
2005 : Factory Moved to Taichung ChungKung Export Processing Zone.
2005 : New Slitting Machines, welding pipe Machine Installed.

2007: Monthly production capacity 4000MT/Month
